Concept: a tabletop RPG that takes OD&D’s race-as-class thing to its logical-yet-absurd conclusion and has every character class literally be a totally separate species. None of them are even vaguely humanoid - like, Fighters are nine-foot towers of armoured muscle with trilateral body symmetry (i.e., three arms and three legs, equally spaced around the torso), Wizards are hovering clockwork spheres that project holographic faces to interact with others, and Rogues are amorphous, tentacled masses of semi-tangible living shadow.

Clerics are just a single point of light.  characters build range between “warm and soothing sunbeam of healing” lights to “burning the flesh right off my face” light.

Monks are literal stones. They move mostly by rolling but can also use conservation of momentum and complex twirls to jump and attack. As they level up they manifest more stones and can become stronger minerals.
